Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Content Creation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media channels, creating compelling content, and engaging with our community. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being a self-starter and able to work on your own initiative is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Drift Games' social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and potentially others. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
• Content Creation: Generate creative content ideas that align with Drift Games' brand and objectives. Produce high-quality content using smartphones, photography, and videography skills. Experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a significant plus.
• Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry news, and emerging platforms. Quickly identify and leverage new trends to create relevant and engaging content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Drift Games team to develop and execute content that supports our narratives and goals. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Brand Partnerships: Coordinate with other brands and sponsors to fulfill content obligations and maintain strong partnerships. Ensure that all content aligns with our partners' requirements and expectations.
• Sales Messaging: Integrate sales messaging into content, promoting merchandise, events, and other Drift Games initiatives. Develop strategies to drive sales and event attendance through engaging social media campaigns.
• Time Management: Produce and deliver content quickly to meet short deadlines and fast turnaround times. Prioritize tasks effectively in a constantly changing environment.
• Self-Starter: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and proactively contribute ideas without needing direction.
• On-Camera Presence: Be open to appearing on camera as needed, contributing to the dynamic and personable image of Drift Games.
• Global Travel: Be available to travel internationally as required for events, shoots, and other company activities.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop) is highly desirable.
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Ability to generate creative content ideas and execute them effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Passion for motorsports and the automotive industry is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends, events & projects.
