Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours, Monday - Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. In some instances, however, delays may occur.
Any shipping timeframes noted or mentioned during the checkout process are simply estimates, and are not to be treated as a promised or guaranteed delivery date or timeframe. Also note that estimated timeframes are estimated from the time of dispatch and not from the time of order.
We will do our utmost to contact you if there are any delays and we do ask that you please check the inbox of the email address supplied during your order regularly to ensure you receive and respond to any relevant communications we may send to you.
At the moment, Drift Games will only ever send your order to you with one of the following carriers - Án Post, DPD or DHL. During the checkout process, you will be responsible for choosing and paying for your preferred shipping method with this carrier/carriers.
During the course of the delivery process to you, our chosen carrier may hand over your parcel to another carrier in your country and/or countries through which your order transits. This is at the sole discretion of our chosen carrier/carriers and Drift Games has no impact on any other carrier networks through which your order is routed after we hand it over to our chosen carrier/carriers.
Please note that it is the responsibility of our customers to ensure they choose the correct shipping method and/or carrier to satisfy their needs during the checkout process.
We no longer offer shipping methods without tracking, so all shipping methods that you will have the option of choosing during the checkout process will come with a tracking code for you to use to stay informed on the whereabouts of your order. Once an order has been shipped, our system will automatically send you the name of the carrier chosen, the tracking code of your order and a link you can click to track the order.
Please Note: Once an order that has tracking information provided has been fulfilled by Drift Games and collected by the chosen carrier, Drift Games does not have any information regarding the whereabouts of your order outside of that available to you via the provided tracking information. As such, if you have any queries regarding your orders whereabouts, please contact the customer service department of the chosen carrier for your order.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your delivery/shipping address location. Additionally, in some instances, additional shipping charges will be added where added insurance is required, depending on the overall value of your order. This will be included in the shipping price you see during checkout.
Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and what option(s) are available to you, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Other Fees/Taxes
All Drift Games orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland, which is a country in the European Union (EU).
Where an order placed on our website is shipped to a country not in the EU, customs, duties, tariffs and other such import related fees or taxes may be placed on your package when it arrives in your home country. If any such fees are present on your order, you the customer will be solely liable for payment of any such costs. Drift Games cannot be held responsible for these fees, nor do we attempt to calculate these fees on your behalf during checkout.
If a customer fails to pay any Customs, Duties, Tariffs & Other Fees/Taxes that are due on a package upon arrival into the destination country and the package is returned to Drift Games, a re-stocking fee of 25% of the order total will be removed from any refund amount given by Drift Games to the customer. Additionally, any shipping costs paid will also be non-refundable.
As also mentioned in our returns policy, where an order that has had any of the aforementioned fees paid on it is returned to us, Drift Games will not be able to refund any such fees to you. You will need to discuss this with your local tax office.
If an item goes on backorder, we will contact you directly to discuss all possible options available to you.
Typically, we can either ship you the part of your order that is in stock and then when the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order, or we can delay the shipping of your entire order until all products are back in stock.
Incorrect Address Supplied
In the case that you have supplied us with an incorrect/undeliverable shipping address during the checkout process and your order is returned to us by the shipping carrier, we will contact you to confirm the correct address to send your package to before sending it to you again.
Please note that if you do supply an incorrect address and we are required to re-send a package to you, you will be responsible for paying any and all additional packaging and shipping costs prior to the package being re-sent.
