1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours during business hours (Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM).

Delays: Occasionally, delays may occur, especially during peak times or new product launches, such as but not limited to mystery bags or boxes. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays. Please ensure you check your email regularly for updates.
2. Shipping Carriers

Primary Carriers: We ship orders using Án Post, DPD, or DHL. During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method from these carriers.

Secondary Carriers: Certain products sold under the Drift Games Projects Dept. are drop-shipped directly from suppliers. These suppliers may use carriers not listed in our primary carriers section above, and carrier selection is solely at their discretion. Secondary carriers may include, but are not limited to, UPS, Fastway, FedEx, GLS.

Carrier Transfers: Our chosen carrier may transfer your package to another carrier within your country or transit countries. This process is managed solely by the carrier, and Drift Games has no control over these decisions.
3. Order Tracking

Tracking Information: All shipping methods we offer include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with the carrier's name, your tracking number, and a link to track your order.

Responsibility: After dispatch, Drift Games has no additional information beyond the provided tracking details. For inquiries about your shipment's status, please contact the carrier's customer service directly. Please reach out to the carrier’s customer service before contacting Drift Games in these scenarios, as Drift Games is not responsible for reaching out to a carrier's customer service on your behalf.
4. Shipping Rates

Calculation: Shipping costs are based on the weight, delivery address, and package size of your order. Additional charges may apply for insurance on high-value orders.

Checkout Transparency: Before finalizing your purchase, you'll see the total shipping cost and available options. You can choose to proceed or cancel your order at this stage.
5. International Shipping and Customs

Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland, part of the European Union (EU). However, items sold under the Drift Games Projects Dept. may be shipped directly from suppliers' warehouses, which may be located outside of Ireland or the EU.

Non-EU Deliveries: For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are your responsibility.

Customs Delays: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing, which are beyond our control.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees: If you refuse to accept delivery due to customs charges, the maximum allowable Restocking / Admin Fee as outlined in our Returns Policy will be deducted from any refund issued. Additionally, the original shipping amount paid will not be refunded.
6. Shipping Timeframe Estimates

Estimated Timeframes: Any shipping timeframes shown during checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed. These timeframes do not constitute a service-level agreement (SLA) or delivery guarantee.

Dispatch vs. Order Date: All estimated shipping times are calculated from the time of dispatch, not from the time of order placement.

Delays & Cancellations: Delays in order processing or delivery do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund eligibility.
7. Back Orders & Incorrect Address Supplied

Back Orders: If an item you ordered is on back order, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. If you choose to wait, your order will be shipped once all items are in stock. If you prefer to cancel the back-ordered item and receive a refund, please contact our support team.

Incorrect Address Supplied: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, Drift Games is not liable for a replacement or refund.
